Submissions for OVER/UNDER Issue # 2 are now open! The theme for Issue # 2 is OBSTRUCTION.

The criteria for OBSTRUCTION are the following:

- Whatever is being photographed must be obstructed, blocked, or partially covered in some manner.
- Subject matter and format are left to the artist's discretion.
